


Organized during UNGA80, the Fourth High-level Meeting (HLM4) brings together Heads of State and Government to adopt a bold, evidence-based Political Declaration aimed at stepping up global efforts on noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) and mental health and wellbeing toward 2030 and beyond.
Mission & Objectives
Set a New Vision for NCDs & Mental Health: Establish ambitious, achievable political guidance to prevent and control NCDs and improve mental wellbeing. World Health Organization

HLM4 is a landmark meeting offering a once-in-a-decade opportunity to reset the global response to NCDs and mental health.
