

The CrossCulture Programme (CCP) offers 55–60 fully funded fellowships for professionals and dedicated volunteers from over 40 countries. Fellows will spend 2–3 months working with host organizations in Germany or CCP partner countries to deepen their expertise, build international networks and develop transcultural skills.
What You will Do and Learn
Collaborate with a host organisation in Germany or a partner country for a professional stay of 2–3 months.
Participate in a 3–4 day Transcultural Workshop and other networking and development events.
Receive mentoring throughout the fellowship and integrate your international experience into your home organisation upon return.
Why Participate
Fully funded support, including a monthly stipend of €650 for international participants (plus airfare, accommodation, transport, health insurance, visa fees) for the duration of the stay.
