he MCW Global Young Leaders Fellowship is a year-long leadership program designed for young people aged 18–26 who are passionate about driving positive change in the areas of education, health, and economic security. The Fellowship equips participants with the tools, mentorship, and global network needed to design and implement community-driven projects.
What You Will Do and Learn
Conduct a 1-month Community Needs Assessment to better understand your local context.
Participate in a 10-day in-person training focused on vision planning, leadership development, and project design.
Receive 10 months of virtual mentorship from alumni to support project implementation and community impact.
