Curriculum on Climate Change & Environmental Awareness
Description
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) |Jul. 8, 2024

This publication introduces a Training-of-Trainers curriculum developed by the United Nations Development Programme Regional Bureau for the Arab States (UNDP RBAS). Tailored for youth-serving organizations, it provides a holistic educational framework aimed at fostering environmental leadership, climate literacy, and innovative action to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) among youth across the Arab region.

The curriculum enhances young people’s understanding of ecological footprints, climate impacts, and their role in social innovation. It equips trainers with practical tools to nurture eco-conscious advocacy and empower youth to lead and support eco-friendly initiatives and projects effectively.

This resource is designed for educators, civil society groups, and development agencies to promote climate awareness and mobilize youth toward sustainable development and climate action.
