Abu Dhabi, UAE (Enmaeya News) — His Excellency, Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri has launched a new investment firm in Abu Dhabi focused on global technology and artificial intelligence (AI).

The company, Genesis SPV Ltd., was officially registered in late May at the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), a financial free zone known for attracting innovation and investment.

Hariri is listed as the sole shareholder in the firm, which remains in its early stages, though its direction is already clear: investing in fast-growing sectors like AI and advanced technologies, with a focus on building a lasting global presence.
