Lebanon (Enmaeya News) Transparency International Lebanon has launched REHUB, a digital platform supported by the European Union, to monitor reforms under the Binaa project and the Reform, Recovery, and Reconstruction Framework (3RF).

The platform allows users to track government performance and transparency in real time, focusing on sectors like electricity, public finance, justice, and reconstruction.

Julien Courson, Executive Director of Transparency International Lebanon, told CNN Business Arabic, “The platform is not just a transparency tool, but a genuine driver for reform by providing citizens and civil society with accurate, reliable data to hold authorities accountable.”

Courson added that REHUB serves as a reference for donors, including the EU, to direct funding toward the most committed and transparent projects. The EU Delegation has officially adopted the platform for this purpose.

REHUB publishes data only from verified government sources. A dedicated team reviews and updates the information, and users can submit feedback or comments. Civil society groups can also create public profiles to post updates and advocacy efforts.

Since launching in late May, the platform has attracted over 1,000 users and is tracking 19 reform projects.
