As part of the collaboration between the Municipality of Sawfar and the environmental team Walk and Discovery Group, a large-scale cleanup campaign will be held around the railway area and the old hotel in Sawfar at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 1. Participants will gather at the campaign site.

According to a statement, the initiative aims to restore the charm of this unique historical and touristic site and to raise environmental awareness among visitors about the importance of keeping natural spaces clean places people visit for relaxation and leisure reflecting a civilized and honorable image of the town and the country.

On this occasion, the Municipality and Walk and Discovery Group invited citizens to actively participate in this volunteer initiative, which “embodies the spirit of belonging and national and social responsibility, and affirms that protecting the environment is a national and moral duty toward future generations.
