The Ministry of Environment has introduced a new online platform for submitting environmental complaints, a move aimed at improving public access to environmental services and boosting transparency and accountability across all Lebanese governorates.

According to the Ministry, the new system aims to facilitate the submission of complaints by citizens and environmental associations, enabling them to report any environmental violations directly through a dedicated online platform.

Through this digital tool, individuals can contribute to protecting their environment and communities by ensuring that violations are promptly reported and addressed by the concerned authorities.

This initiative reflects the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to modernize its services, promote civic engagement, and strengthen environmental governance in Lebanon.
