BEIRUT (Enmaeya News) - November 16, 2025

Lebanon is gearing up to host the “Beirut One” investment conference on November 18–19, under the patronage of President Joūzef Aoun, with recent indications that Saudi Arabia may take part.

Economy Minister Amer Bisat described the potential Saudi involvement as “a very positive beginning,” telling LBCI that this signals a “renewed Arab engagement” with Lebanon’s economic revival.

Launched by Minister Bisat and Charles Arbid, head of Lebanon’s Economic, Social and Environmental Council, the conference aims to “restore confidence” in Lebanon’s economy and boost investment across vital sectors.

The forum comes amid broader efforts to reconnect Lebanon with regional partners and its diaspora. Bisat emphasized that the event is designed to “break the stagnation and disconnection” that have increasingly isolated the country.

With specialized platforms targeting key economic sectors and high expectations for capital returns, organizers hope the conference will mark a turning point, reestablishing Lebanon as an attractive destination for Arab and international investors.
