Heavy Rain and Severe Traffic… Avoid These Roads!
Heavy rains paralyze traffic and flood buildings, causing major disruption in Beirut.

Heavy rainfall this morning caused the Ouzai tunnel on the Airport Road to flood, leading to significant traffic congestion stretching over long distances in both directions.
The downpour also led to water accumulation in front of St. Michael Church in Chiyah, at the entrance to Beirut’s southern suburbs.
In addition, water entered the Ministry of Labor building due to the heavy rain. A video circulated on social media showing water entering the building and trapping those insides.
