Lebanon has introduced its first digital concierge platform, “Waitlist,” a mobile application designed to streamline reservations at the country’s most popular restaurants and bars.

The app, launched this week, aims to modernize how customers secure tables by replacing traditional phone-based bookings with an instant, one-tap digital system.

Waitlist provides users with real-time access to availability across a curated list of venues, including exclusive restaurants and nightlife spots that typically require planning.

The launch comes as Lebanon’s dining and entertainment industry continues to rebound, with growing demand for efficient digital solutions.
