Fifteen young Lebanese innovators and entrepreneurs have been named to the 2025 Forbes Middle East “30 Under 30” list, underscoring the growing influence of Lebanese talent across multiple sectors in the Middle East and beyond, according to Forbes Middle East.
The annual ranking highlights the most influential and promising figures under the age of 30 in the Arab world, spotlighting individuals who “exceed expectations and redefine the boundaries of success in the region.”
This year’s list comprises 90 entries and 113 individuals representing 24 nationalities and based in 18 countries, with an average age of 26 years and 9 months.
Lebanese honorees are among the top represented nationalities, alongside Egyptians (19) and Saudis (18). The United Arab Emirates hosts the largest number of winners, followed by Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Lebanon.
The Lebanese members of the list span four categories: science and technology, business and finance, social impact, and sports & lifestyle. Notable figures include Maya Nasr, a scientific engineer involved in satellite methane detection.
In business, entrepreneurs such as Omar Bsaibes and Wafic Medawar, co-founders of dental care brand ECLA Smile, and the founders of Liban Fresh, which exports Lebanese agricultural products to international markets, were featured for their growing enterprises.
Among the Lebanese are Aya Mouallem and Maya Moussa, whose All Girls Code initiative provides free coding and leadership training for girls across the MENA region and won UNESCO’s 2025 Prize for Girls’ and Women’s Education.
Forbes Middle East’s recognition of these young Lebanese talents highlights not only individual achievements but also the potential of Lebanon’s youth in driving innovation, social progress and economic development regionally.
