An Air France aircraft that had departed yesterday from Rafic Hariri International Airport (Beirut Airport) and was traveling to Paris made an emergency landing at Munich Airport in Germany after a fire of unknown origin broke out on board.
Amid an atmosphere of panic during the flight, information indicated that the fire was quickly brought under control by the aircraft’s crew, with no injuries reported. Meanwhile, the competent authorities have launched an investigation to determine the causes of the incident, as passengers were subjected to strict safety procedures.
