The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) announced that Director General Dr. Mohammad Karky continues to implement administrative and financial reforms to speed up procedures and improve transparency.
As part of these steps, a memo dated January 3, 2026, was issued granting contracted hospitals advances equal to 75% of hospitalization transactions (excluding dialysis), with a monthly payment system to ensure regular disbursements to hospitals and doctors.
The NSSF emphasized the importance of hospitals receiving all beneficiaries according to the established tariffs, stressing that these measures are part of an ongoing approach to strengthen the role of social security as a safeguard for health and social protection in the country.
