LEBANON – Minister of Finance Yaseen Jaber announced an extension for submitting and paying taxes for 2025, allowing individuals and businesses more time to complete their tax paperwork without penalties.

• Deadline until March 16, 2026: For individuals paying taxes on profits from small and medium businesses, and for small companies exempt from certain taxes.

• Deadline until March 31, 2026: For taxes on salaries and wages, for both employees and business owners.

In other words, you have extra time to submit all documents and pay taxes according to their type, and no fines will be applied if done before these dates.

Both decisions will be published in the Official Gazette and on the Ministry of Finance website, to make the deadlines clear for everyone.
