LEBANON – The Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Unit at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers has released its updated statistical data as of 17:00 on Sunday, March 29, 2026, documenting the latest developments in the humanitarian and field situation as follows:

Displacement and Shelters

The data indicate continued humanitarian pressure across various areas:

Total number of open collective shelters: 663 shelters.

Total number of displaced individuals in collective shelters: 136,147 persons.

Total number of displaced families in collective shelters: 35,170 families.

Hostilities

Total number of recorded hostile incidents: 4,401 incidents.

Casualties / Injuries

The report records the toll of victims as follows:

Daily count (past 24 hours):

Deaths: 49

Injured: 116

Cumulative total:

Total deaths: 1,238

Total injured: 3,543
