
LEBANON – The Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Information Technology Leading Services (ITLS) to empower youth and support Lebanon’s digital transformation.
The MoU aims to enhance youth skills in artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and entrepreneurship, preparing them for the labor market and providing access to quality employment opportunities in the growing digital economy.
Through this partnership, the Foundation and ITLS will implement targeted training programs and internationally recognized certifications.
Areas of cooperation include professional certifications and training via Certiport and Pearson VUE, covering technical skills such as Microsoft Fundamentals, Adobe Certified Associate, Autodesk Certified User, Intuit QuickBooks, IC3 Digital Literacy, Entrepreneurship and Small Business (ESB), PMI Ready, Unity, Critical Career Skills (CCS), Information Technology Specialist (ITS), Meta programs, and Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI).
Dr. Rubina Abu Zeinab, Executive Director of the Hariri Foundation, emphasized that this collaboration reflects the Foundation’s commitment to supporting youth and enhancing their capabilities to meet the demands of the digital transformation.
She stressed that investing in human capital remains a strategic choice for the future of Lebanese youth amid current challenges.
