
LEBANON – The Ministry of Finance has launched its new digital media platform, “Voice of Finance,” as part of its digital transformation project and its efforts to develop communication tools with citizens, media professionals and those interested in financial and economic affairs, while providing official information directly, clearly and quickly.
According to a statement, “Voice of Finance” is an integrated digital media platform designed to serve as the official source for information and news related to the Ministry of Finance, its facilities and affiliated administrations. It also aims to provide journalists and other interested audiences with information directly from the source, enhancing transparency and bringing the ministry closer to citizens.
The platform will publish and broadcast news from the Ministry of Finance, the Directorate General of Finance, the Directorate General of Land Registry and Cadastre, the Directorate General of Customs, the National Lottery, the Basil Fuleihan Institute for Financial and Economic Studies, and the Régie Libanaise des Tabacs et Tombacs, in addition to their activities and latest developments.
“Voice of Finance” will also provide news, information and activities, as well as photographs, videos, circulars, decisions, draft decrees and other relevant documents and materials. This will allow journalists, citizens and other interested audiences to follow the work of the ministry, its facilities and affiliated administrations, and access official information directly from the source.
The platform also supports the Ministry of Finance’s digital transformation by providing simple and clear content that introduces citizens to available services and procedures, explains how they work, and helps them access and benefit from them more easily, without the need for travel or unnecessary loss of time.
“Voice of Finance” includes an integrated network of digital platforms and social media channels, including the Ministry of Finance’s website, YouTube, podcasts, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp Channel and LinkedIn. This allows official information to reach a wider audience of citizens, journalists and those interested in financial affairs.
A digital persona representing “Voice of Finance” will also present content and engage with the public, introducing a more modern and simplified approach to communication that reflects the ministry’s digital transformation and helps bring it closer to citizens.
The launch of “Voice of Finance” comes as part of the Ministry of Finance’s commitment to modernizing its communication methods, enhancing transparency and providing official information directly from the source, under the slogan “Voice of Finance – News from the Source”. The platform aims to serve as a trusted space for official information and a citizen- and media-friendly digital platform that keeps audiences informed of the latest developments within the Ministry of Finance and its affiliated facilities and administrations.
