Diwan Compass – Values in the Field Challenge
Description

The Diwan Compass Training is part of the Values in the Field Challenge, one of the youth programs by Al-Sharq Youth.

The program begins with an intensive four-day training designed to help participants explore individual values, collective norms, and the principles that guide community work. It also introduces participants to the values of Al-Sharq Youth and supports them in transforming ideas into practical, implementable initiatives.

The training will lead into the Values in the Field Challenge, where participants will work in cross-city and cross-country teams to develop community initiatives under the guidance of experts and advisors. Teams will later be evaluated and recognized based on specific criteria.

This opportunity is suitable for young people interested in community work, youth leadership, social impact, civic engagement, and initiative-building.

The form includes several participation locations, including Beirut and Tripoli in Lebanon, as well as locations in Syria, Iraq, Palestine online, and southern Turkey. Registration is available through the Google Form.
