To prepare young leaders to contribute meaningfully to global water governance and accelerate progress toward Sustainable Development Goal 6, the Arab Youth Center is accepting applications for the Global Youth Water Envoys Program 2026, in strategic partnership with the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The programme will select 100 young leaders from different regions to participate in a structured journey combining foundational training, thematic specialization, mentorship, and engagement with policymakers and international organizations. Participants will contribute to the six Interactive Dialogues of the 2026 UN Water Conference and support the development of a Global Youth Water Statement.

Who Can Join:
Young people from any country who are between 18 and 35 years old
Applicants with working proficiency in English
Individuals with an interest or relevant experience in water governance, public policy, climate action, sustainability, innovation, finance, or another water-related field
Young leaders able to dedicate approximately three to four hours per week from September to December 2026
Applicants committed to representing youth perspectives and promoting youth participation in their communities
Priority may be given to qualified applicants from water-stressed regions, including Africa, the Arab States, Asia, and the Pacific.
