Urgent climate impacts, inequitable finance, and persistent implementation gaps, individually and collectively, pose critical challenges to global climate action. COP30, held in Belém, Brazil, highlighted the role of tropical ecosystems, Indigenous peoples, and local communities, framing the conference as the “COP of Truth” and signaling a shift from negotiation toward implementation.
COP30 Outcomes Report (2025) brings together evidence from official decisions, voluntary initiatives, and stakeholder engagement to examine the progress made on mitigation, adaptation, climate finance, transparency, and just transition, while highlighting Lebanon’s participation and priorities.
Developed by Enmaeya’s Knowledge Hub, the report highlights how political commitments, finance mechanisms, technical support, and inclusive processes are shaping the implementation of the Paris Agreement, and outlines the next steps required to translate pledges into measurable impact globally and for climate-vulnerable countries like Lebanon.
