LEBANON – The Digital Learning Hub of UNICEF in Lebanon has announced the provision of advanced educational and technical resources to support the continuity of education during emergencies, through a special “chatbot” that makes access to knowledge easier from anywhere.

This digital innovation aims to bridge learning gaps caused by crises. The chatbot provides:

• Various educational platforms and resources covering core curricula

• Personalized guidance to help students with self-learning

• Support tools for parents to help them follow their children’s education

• Training resources for teachers to improve remote teaching skills

How to Access the Service

The hub confirmed that the service is available to everyone through WhatsApp for easy use. Users can start using it by:
