Description

To support international efforts to protect biodiversity and advance the implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, the 28th meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice will take place in Nairobi, Kenya, from July 27 to August 1, 2026.

The meeting will bring together government representatives, experts, researchers, and biodiversity stakeholders to discuss scientific and technical issues that support nature protection, sustainable use of resources, and stronger policies and actions to reduce biodiversity loss.
